Listing Terms for Sellers

These terms apply to distributors, service providers and second-hand sellers ("Seller", "you") who submit information to be listed on LabSource (the "Site"), in addition to the general Terms of Service. By submitting a listing, catalog, contact information, images, logos or any other content ("Listing Content"), you agree to these terms.

License to display your content

You grant LabSource a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, reproduce, display, format and distribute your Listing Content on the Site (and in related channels such as search result previews), for as long as your listing is active and for a reasonable period afterward for archival and dispute-resolution purposes. This license does not transfer ownership: you keep all rights to your content, logos, trademarks and images, and can request their removal at any time as described below.

Your warranties

By submitting Listing Content, you confirm that:

• you have the right to submit it and to grant the license above, including for any logos, product images and manuals you upload;
• the information (pricing, availability, specifications, contact details, condition of second-hand items) is accurate to the best of your knowledge at the time of submission, and you will keep it reasonably up to date;
• your listing complies with applicable Israeli law, including consumer protection and advertising rules relevant to your business.

We may display an "Approved by seller" badge once you confirm a listing is accurate; unapproved listings are shown as curated from public sources, so scientists know the difference.

Second-hand items

Items you mark (or that our review identifies) as second-hand, refurbished or used are automatically labeled as such on the Site. You are responsible for accurately describing the condition of second-hand items you list.

Removal on request

You may request removal or correction of your Listing Content at any time through our contact form or by email to legal@labsource.online. We will act on removal requests within a reasonable time, subject to any records we need to retain for legal or dispute-resolution purposes.

Accuracy and liability

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your Listing Content and for fulfilling any transaction a scientist initiates with you after finding you through the Site. LabSource is not a party to those transactions (see the general Terms of Service) and does not verify Listing Content beyond the optional seller-approval process described above.

Fees

Listing is currently free. We may introduce paid plans in the future (for example, enhanced placement or additional data fields); any paid plan will be presented with its own clear terms and pricing before it applies to you, and existing free listings will not be removed solely for declining a paid plan.

Suspension and removal

We may suspend or remove a listing that is inaccurate, fraudulent, infringes third-party rights, or otherwise violates these terms or the general Terms of Service, with notice where reasonably possible.
