Why join?
Israeli scientists already search here for the products you sell. The only question is whether they find you.
Labs search here by catalog number, brand or description. When your listing is complete and current, they find you and send a quote request, no chasing needed.
Products sold by partner suppliers appear in search results before other suppliers' products, with a Partner supplier tag. Products you confirmed yourself come first of all.
Labs send one request to several sellers. You get the items, the quantities and who's asking, ready to answer.
Assign contacts by institution or region. A scientist at the Technion sees your Technion rep, not a general inbox.
Add products, photos and indicative prices. They carry your company name and the date, so nobody quotes last year's price back at you.
A brand moved to you, a rep left? Update your listing and it goes live after a quick check.
Do we have to upload our product list or catalogue?
No. Marking the brands you distribute is enough: you appear as a partner supplier on every product of those brands that scientists search for.
So why is it still worth it?
Products you confirmed appear at the top of search results with an Approved by seller badge. Partner suppliers' products follow, then everything else.
Many manufacturers split their product lines between several Israeli distributors. With your product list on LabSource, results are accurate: a request for a product you sell reaches you and isn't missed.
Your internal code, indicative price, local stock, lead time and offers are shown on products you uploaded or confirmed.
Your company page shows your products, not just a list of brands.
Upload your price list or product file as it is (Excel or PDF) and we'll map the columns. You review everything before anything goes live, and we're happy to walk you through the first upload.
How it works
- Sign in and request access
Sign up (work email and password, or Google), find your company's page and click "Sign up and manage this page". Not listed yet? Choose "My company isn't listed".
- We verify you
Our team checks the request; we'll email you once you're approved.
- Fill it in, and it's published
Open "Manage your listing" (also in the account menu), fill in your company details and brands, and send. Contacts and products can be added any time. Your page goes live after a short review.

What it costs
Nothing. Listing, confirming and receiving quote requests are free. If we add paid options later, they'll be labeled as sponsored.

Why join at all?
Because scientists already search here for the products you sell. Partner suppliers appear in results before other suppliers, quote requests go straight to the right salesperson, and it's free.
How are results ranked?
Relevance comes first. Among equally relevant results: products confirmed by the supplier, then products sold by partner suppliers, then the rest. A partner is not lifted above a result that matches the search better.
Do you support second-hand equipment suppliers?
Yes. In the form, choose Second-hand / refurbished only, or Both if you also sell new products, and add your second-hand items. Each item shows with a Second-hand badge and is linked to you only: it doesn't make you the brand's distributor, and scientists can filter for second-hand equipment.
Where did you get our details?
From your public website: the brands you list and your contact pages. You can correct or remove any of it.
Can we be removed?
Yes. Ask, and we take down the listing or any part of it.

Signed-in users. Prices are shown as indicative, with your company name and the date, and you can remove them at any time.
Can several people at our company manage the listing?
Yes. Each person signs in and requests access, and we approve every person individually. An email address at your domain isn't enough on its own.
