Accessibility Statement
LabSource is committed to making its website accessible to people with disabilities, in accordance with the Israeli Standard IS 5568 (the Israeli adaptation of WCAG 2.0) and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments to Services), 5773-2013. Our goal is to conform to WCAG 2.0 Level AA.
Measures we have taken
- Full keyboard operability: search, filtering, the quote list drawer, and all dialogs can be operated without a mouse, including a visible focus indicator.
- A "skip to content" link at the start of every page.
- Semantic HTML structure and ARIA attributes on dialogs, the quote drawer and interactive widgets, including focus trapping and closing with the Esc key.
- Sufficient color contrast in both light and dark themes, and a UI that does not rely on color alone to convey meaning (e.g. status is also shown with text and icons).
- Support for right-to-left (Hebrew) and left-to-right (English) layouts, including correct reading order for mixed Hebrew/Latin text such as product names and catalog numbers.
- Text can be resized up to 200% using the browser's own zoom without loss of functionality.
- Descriptive labels for form fields and meaningful alternative text for informational icons and images.
Known limitations
- This is an early preview of the product; some pages and third-party embedded content (such as external seller websites we link to) may not fully conform to these standards, and we are not able to guarantee the accessibility of external sites we do not control.
- Some AI-generated summaries are dynamic text; we work to ensure they are announced properly to screen readers, but wording and length can vary.
- We are continuing to test with assistive technologies and welcome reports of any accessibility barrier you encounter.
